Year End Closing Procedures – 31st Dec

Thursday, January 3rd, 2013

If you have a 31st Dec year-end, now is the time to be looking at your year end closing procedures. When it comes to software, there are normally closing down steps which you have to go through. All software is different, so you need to follow the manual. Some software e.g. Sage will ‘stay’ in the current financial year until you close it off. And you can’t close it off, until all your items have been entered, because once its closed, thats it. There is no going back.

This can be quite annoying in the meantime… if your system is ‘out’ of the current financial year (depending on the version of sage you have) or your software – you won’t even be able to run a financial report for Jan 1st onwards because the system won’t let you. It’s tied into the last years reports!

So, don’t delay… get on top of your books, get your transactions onto the system and close off the reporting as soon as possible. Of course, if you need help… get in a bookkeeper!

Free Cost Savings Review

Friday, October 12th, 2012

Its really simple… energy is set to go through the roof (again)… and you have a choice… you sit and suffer (because you have money to burn)

Money to Burn OR you take control, be proactive and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT…

We can help you, by looking at what you pay now – your costs… and seeing if this can be reduced… It’s a very simple price comparison… It costs you nothing because it only takes a few minutes, and we’re here to help people make their few pennies stretch that extra mile.

All you need to have to hand (ideally) is your last bill (gas/electric) or to know your annual usage… this can be for business or for individual households… either way – we can still do a quick comparison, and see if we can save you money. if we can – great, if not, at least you tried.

Email us ( or text ‘free review’ to 07854 216 482 – we’ll ring you and see what we can do, or call: 020 3371 8894 and ask for Lisa to call you back for a free review.
